Ryan founded and grew a multimillion-dollar legal services firm before exiting to focus on Christian ministry. After 6 years as Executive Pastor of a large church in the Denver metro area, he accepted God's call to become the Executive Director of FCCI in 2022.

Steve’s mission + passion is to enthusiastically encourage others to join-the-journey and to keep “DoingGoodBetter” together to advance the Great Commission and for others to know Christ as we do. He serves high capacity families with an investment banking model to philanthropy designed to increase the effectiveness of a family or couples stewardship. Steve partners with non-profit organizations both domestically and internationally, serving as part of their stewardship and development efforts. Having over 30+ years' experience in marketing, developing strategic relationships in the private, public and non-profit sector having served nearly 950+ organization and families globally.
