Please plan your arrival to join our afternoon roundtables starting around 2pm on Wednesday, November 15.

Departure Time

For those playing golf, please plan your departure after golf concludes. For anyone not playing golf, depart any time after 12pm on Thursday, November 16.

Resort casual. For golf at Jupiter Hills Club, kindly refer to the special dress code that will be provided prior to your arrival.

Additional Information

Due to the special nature of this event, only 14 tee times are available for golf with John Maxwell on Thursday afternoon and are on a first come, first serve basis.

Nick Ayers

  • Nick Ayers is one of America’s leading public policy and business strategists. He has forged a successful career in business and served at the highest levels of the United States government. Most recently, Nick served in the White House as Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff to the Vice President. While at the White House, Nick helped shape the administration’s most important and high-profile initiatives, from space policy to tax policy to foreign policy, including the U.S. posture toward China and the relocation of the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.

    Nick recently partnered with Insight Venture Partners to acquire Veeam Software, where he now serves as a member of Veeam’s board of directors. Previously he helped build one of the Nation’s most successful media and digital buying firms.

    Time Magazine named Nick one of the “40 most influential people in politics under the age of 40” and The Wall Street Journal called him a “political prodigy.” In 2019, the World Economic Summit nominated Nick to join the forum as a Young Global Leader. James H. Blanchard

Former CEO, Synovus

  • James H. Blanchard served as Chief Executive Officer of Synovus, a financial services company based in Columbus, from 1971 to 2005, when he became the corporation’s chairman of the board. His tenure has spanned the periods of greatest growth and prosperity at the company, which was founded in 1888 as Columbus Bank and Trust Company. Blanchard serves as a board member for Columbus Bank and Trust Company, as well as the Xhairman of the executive committee and a board member for TSYS. He also serves on several other corporate boards in Georgia and has been active in state and local government, education, conservation, economic development, and the United Way. In 1997 Blanchard was the first executive outside the greater Atlanta area to be chosen as Georgia Trend magazine’s Most Respected CEO, and in 2003 he was selected as the publication’s Georgian of the Year. In 2004 he received the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta Community Leadership Award and was named among Georgia Trend’s top one hundred “most influential Georgians.” In 2005 U.S. Banker magazine named Blanchard one of America’s “Twenty-Five Most Influential People in Financial Services,” and he was elected to a three-year term as a member of the board of directors for the American Banking Association. Blanchard is married to Frances Sterne and has three children, Jimmy, Billy, and David.
